Green Rinjani acts as a licensed travel agent and tour organizer, collaborating with trusted boat operators in Lombok, Labuan Bajo, and Komodo. We ensure that all boats recommended by our team meet proper safety, comfort, and service standards.

Operational Responsibility.

The technical operation and condition of the boat are the responsibility of the boat owner/operator. Green Rinjani functions as the booking agent and coordinator, not the direct vessel operator.

Boat Engine & Replacement Policy

In rare cases where a boat engine experiences technical issues, we will immediately coordinate with the operator to arrange a replacement boat.
If such a situation happens before departure (for example, one day before your trip), our team will inform you promptly and offer alternative boat options based on availability.

Each replacement boat may have different facilities and prices, so the total trip cost may be adjusted accordingly.
We always prioritize your comfort and safety, and every change will be communicated transparently.
