Cancellation and refunds
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to date of departure. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of departure; or for failure to show up at your departure time.
All participants of Green Rinjani trips should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with any medical problems or dietary restrictions inform well before departure, so as they may be catered for. It is recommended to bring along with you any personal medication, bands-aid, antibiotics, anti-malarias medication, aspirin for headache, etc.

We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, including death, changes of schedule, irregularities, etc. which are beyond of our control.
GREEN RINJANI highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance. You are entirely responsible for arranging travel insurance on your own, prior to departure date. GREEN RINJANI accepts no liability, for any reason, for travelers who do not have travel insurance.
