We hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us here at Green Rinjani Guest House! Every trekking package comes with a night’s stay at Green Rinjani’s hotel, which is located in the beautiful Senaru region of Lombok. Here at our hotel, we’re excited to provide hikers with a comfortable night’s stay the night before the trek – it’s a great way to get a good night’s sleep, and rest up before your big adventure. In addition to hosting our regular trekking clients, Green Rinjani Guest House is open year-round to external guests as well.
All of our rooms include a heated shower, western-style toilet, high-quality air conditioning, free wifi, and an extra bed on request. Our private bedrooms include double beds to ensure you are well rested before embarking on your trek with us (please note that presently, we have 7 double bed rooms available, so availability will vary depending on the season).
In addition to these amenities, we also have our own restaurant on the hotel premises, with a staff of chefs that are adept at preparing the finest in Lombok cuisine. You’ll love the variety of local dishes they’ll prepare for you, using only the freshest ingredients from around the island.
While in Senaru, please be sure to explore the Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls located just a short stroll up the hill from Green Rinjani Guest House. Upon entering the lush forest trail, you’ll follow a scenic downward path past troops of monkeys and discover two majestic waterfalls along the way. As an added bonus for our guests, you can easily book a short trek to these waterfalls directly with our hotel staff – just reach out to our friendly reception staff when you arrive, and they’ll help get you all set up!
Senaru is the primary gateway city into Mount Rinjani and the surrounding mountains, and as such, there is a lot to do in this area. The biggest attraction in Senaru are the numerous waterfalls dotting the landscape, but there are also nice hiking trails in the area as well. These are great for getting acclimated to the environment before your hike. You can also learn more about Lombok’s fascinating traditional houses, which have a unique architecture that has helped shape the island’s culture over the years.
From Senaru, it’s also quite simple to make a quick excursion to Gili Islands or Mataram, for some beautiful sea life. Feel free to contact our hotel staff about the excursions available, and they’d be happy to assist you in booking.
