Term of Payment:

We require a 30% deposit in advance once the tour is confirmed, payment can be settled through a Wire Transfer to our Bank Account and PayPal.
We are not responsible for any taxes charged by the bank during the money transfer process.
The balance is to be settled with cash on arrival available by Visa, Master Card, and Debit Card with a 3% charge

Cancelation policy:

There are no refunds only for Rinjani tickets.
Full refund if you cancel the booking within 8 days, after reducing Rinjani tickets
We will charge 50% if you cancel the booking within 7 days
A full charge of deposit if you cancel within 2 days

Medical Informational

All participants of Green Rinjani trips should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with any medical problems or dietary restrictions inform well before departure, so that they may be catered for. It is recommended to bring along with you any personal medication, bands-aid, antibiotics, anti-malaria medication, aspirin for headaches, etc.

GREEN RINJANI acts only in the capacity of transport companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors, that connect with us to complete our itineraries. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, including death, changes of schedule, irregularities, etc. which are beyond of our control.

Travel Insurance

GREEN RINJANI highly recommends that you have your own travel insurance. You are entirely responsible for arranging travel insurance on your own, prior to the departure date. GREEN RINJANI accepts no liability, for any reason, for travelers who do not have travel insurance.
