Booking terms and conditions if you booked with Green Rinjani Tour and Travel. To avoid misunderstanding, please read our booking terms and conditions carefully.
Make a reservation or booking?
- Please inquire using our booking form, email us at info.greenrinjani@gmail.com, or WhatsApp.
- A confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp.
- Secure your booking by sending a deposit.
- You will have a payment confirmation.
- For National Park registration:
Foreign : Please send a copy of your passport.
Indonesian: Please send a copy of your KTP (Indonesian ID card) - Share your arrival schedule at Lombok airport or any harbor on Lombok island for pick-up service.
Steps 1. Confirm Your Reservation
To secure your booking, here are the next steps we’ll need to complete:
A. Passport Copy:
As part of our booking process, we kindly request a copy of each traveler’s passport for identification. This helps us ensure all the necessary details are correct for your trip. Please email a scanned copy or a clear photo of the relevant page of your passport as soon as possible.
B. Deposit Payment:
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This helps us secure your spot and prepare for your trip with us. The deposit is a minimum of 25% of the total amount, and your reservation will be confirmed after you have paid your deposit.
Payment Methods for Deposit at our booking terms conditions:
For your convenience, we offer two secure payment options to pay your deposit:
1. Bank Transfer:
You can transfer the deposit amount directly to our bank account. We will send you the necessary banking details if you choose this option.
2. PayPal:
If you prefer to use PayPal, we can provide a payment link. It’s a quick and easy option for online payments. In this case, we need your PayPal account or email address. Please let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the corresponding details.
What Happens After the Deposit Is Received?
Step 2: Arrival Details.
To ensure everything goes smoothly upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide us with, You have to send this information 2 days before your arrival date in Lombok with the following details:
- Arriving by Flight:
Please send us your flight details (flight number, arrival time) so we can arrange your airport pick-up. - Arriving by Fast Boat:
Please send us the name of your fast boat company and arrival time so we can coordinate your pick-up. - Are Already in Lombok:
If you’re already in Lombok, we would appreciate knowing the name of your hotel or pick-up area and the pick-up time so we can meet you at the correct location.
Step 3. Revise and Complete:
- Once we have your arrival details, we’ll finalize all your travel arrangements and ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

Terms of Payment & Cancellation Policy Terms of Payment

Prices are valid from April 1 – December 31, 2025.

A 25% deposit is required within 24 hours after receiving the invoice to confirm your booking.

Deposit payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Any bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The balance must be settled in cash upon arrival, or by Visa/MasterCard/Debit Card with a 3% surcharge.

After completing your payment, please send the payment proof to our staff for verification.
Cancellation Policy

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits are allocated for seat booking and purchasing Mount Rinjani National Park entrance tickets.

No reschedule is allowed once the tickets have been issued. If you wish to change your trekking date after tickets are purchased, you must pay the cost of new tickets according to the official regulations of Mount Rinjani National Park.

No refund and no reschedule under any circumstances, except if Mount Rinjani is officially closed by the government due to a natural disaster (e.g., volcanic eruption). In such a case, a refund may be possible, but processing will take time and cannot be immediate.

Cancellation on the trekking departure date will result in the full total amount needing to be paid.
Medical Information

All participants must be fit and healthy to join the trek.

Please inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions, so we can prepare accordingly.

Bring your personal medication (e.g., bandages, antibiotics, aspirin, anti-malaria medication).
Limitation of Liability
GREEN RINJANI acts only as an intermediary for transportation companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors involved in our itineraries. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury (including death), schedule changes, or irregularities beyond our control.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
We highly recommend all trekkers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
This is to protect you in case you are unable to join the trek due to personal reasons, illness, injury, flight delays/cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that GREEN RINJANI is not responsible for any financial loss if you cancel your trip without travel insurance.

Please read these Terms & Cancellation Policy carefully before making your payment.
Once payment is completed, it means you have agreed to these conditions.
After payment, please send your proof of payment to our staff immediately.
