How to book Lombok Komodo Tour?

  1. You can email or WhatsApp them to book the trips and check the available dates.
  2. Send a copy of your passport. Required for booking and National Park registration.
  3. You will receive a confirmation by WhatsApp or email for your booking.
  4. Secure your tour booking by depositing it into our PayPal or bank account.
  5. You need to pay the balance in cash upon arrival.
  6. Book your hotel at the free pick-up area.
  7. This tour is a popular adventure. Recommend booking 15 days in advance of the departure date.

Where to stay for this trip?

  • There is free pick-up from the Mataram area, Senggigi, Bangsal, and Gili Trawangan. We recommend staying in a free pick-up area.
  • Additional charge IDR 100.000 / person for pick up at Kuta area

Schedule of pick-up service?

  1. Stay in the Mataram area; pick-up service will proceed between 8.30 AM.
  2. For Senggigi area, scheduled between 09.00 – 09.30 AM.
  3. Gili Islands, you must walk to the harbor from 07.00 AM to 07.30 AM. In Gili Trawangan, a check-in counter will welcome you for a free public boat ticket to Bangsal Harbor. The shuttle bus will transfer everyone to the Travel-Wise counter in Senggigi. You can reconfirm and pay your balance payment.

Detailed itinerary:

Day 01: Senggigi office – Kayangan harbor – Kanawa island

  • Shuttle pick up at Bangsal harbor, Mataram area, and Senggigi
  • Meeting point at Travel-Wise office ( free breakfast )
  • Transfer to Kayangan Harbor East Lombok at 11.00 AM, which takes 2.30 minutes to drive.
  • Lunch at the harbor
  • Prepare for the adventure by loading onto the boat
  • Sail to Kanawa Island for snorkeling or walking to the beach. ( Optional )
  • Night sail to Saleh Bay – Sleeping overnight
  • Dinner on the boat.

Day 02. Saleh Bay – Sail to Padar Island ( night sailing )

  • Saleh Bay, see and swim with whale sharks for 2 hours
  • Prepare to sail to Komodo Island after snorkeling with the Whale sharks
  • Breakfast on the boat
  • Night sail to Komodo National Park and visit Padar Island
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the boat.

Day 03. Padar Island – Pink Beach – Rinca Island / Komodo Island – Sunset at Kalong

  • Padar Island ( amazing view from the hill )
  • Long Pink Beach is a unique pink beach for snorkeling or chilling on the beach.
  • Rinca Island, see the Komodo Dragon ( Komodo National Park )
  • Kalong Rinca Island. Nice spots for sunset with a million flying foxes.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the boat.

Day 04. Menjerite Island – Kelor Island – Labuan Bajo

  • Menjerite island, snorkeling
  • Kelor Island – Snorkeling or relaxing on the beach

There are three boat options for these trips:

1. Luxury boat trip, leaves every Saturday from Lombok island to Labuan Bajo

2. The Deluxe Boat is leaving on Wednesday.

  • Private cabins start from IDR 4.200.000 to IDR 4.600.000 for private cabins.
  • The sharing cabin is IDR 4.200.000, with a capacity of 4 to 5 people.
  • Share deck starts from IDR 3.600.000 to IDR 3.800.000

4. Join the Athira Phinisi boat every Sunday.

About the Boat and Engine Noise:

  • Please note that the boat’s generator will operate at night to provide electricity for lighting and air circulation.
  • Most boats do not have full sound insulation, so you may hear some engine or generator noise in your cabin, especially at night.
  • This is completely normal for liveaboard boats in Komodo.
  • For a more comfortable sleep, we recommend bringing earplugs or listening to soft music through your headset.

Boat Engine & Replacement Policy ( service guidelines policy)

Engine Failure or Technical Issues:

  • All boats are operated and maintained regularly to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • In rare cases where the boat engine experiences a technical failure, we will immediately arrange an alternative boat to continue your trip.
  • If such a situation arises before departure (for example, one day prior to the trip), our team will contact you promptly and provide several available boat options that align with your schedule.
  • Each replacement boat may have different facilities and price levels, so the final trip cost will be adjusted accordingly based on the new boat selection.
  • We always prioritize your comfort and safety, and every replacement will be arranged in coordination with you to ensure a smooth experience.

  • A full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days.
  • A 50% charge applies for cancellations within 5 days.
  • A full charge is applicable for cancellations within 48 hours.
