Wir hatten die 2Tage/1Nacht zum Crater Rim als Gruppentour gebucht. Die Tour war atemberaubend und super Organisiert. Die Porter waren sehr lustig und freundlich. Unser Tourguide Ubang war ebenfalls sehr lustig und freundlich, er sprach gutes Englisch und hat die gesamte Tour super geleitet. Das essen war jedesmal Sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Die Unterkunft am Anreisetag war sauber und ordentlich. Wir können die Tour mit Green Rinjani jedem empfehlen. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass die Porter und Guides von Green Rinjani am Gipfel sowie auf den Treks Müll aufräumen und entsorgen.![Google]()

We took the 2 day 1 night trekking with Green Rinjani and were very surprised at the level of service we have received. They helped us in every possible way, from taxi, to providing drinks, gluten-free food (on the mountain as well) and more. Wir können den Anbieter Green Rinjani sehr empfehlen. Wir haben die 4d3n Rinjani Tour gebucht und hatten mit Andi den besten Guide. Die Porter waren super und haben für uns immer die besten Plätze zum Camping ergattert. Das Essen war überragend, sehr vielfältig und wir wurden immer satt. Die Ausstattung der Zelte (Deluxe Buchung) war super, die Schlafsäcke waren sehr warm und die Matratzen für Camping prima. Jacken und Stöcke konnten wir beim Anbieter für wenig Geld ausleihen, was ich sehr empfehlen kann, da es abends und nachts sehr kalt werden kann. Unbedingt Handschuhe für den Gipfel mitnehmen! Die Kleidung und das Equipment war sehr gut gereinigt und sauber. Die Tour war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und wir können den Anbieter Green Rinjani wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!![Google]()

Unser Guid namens "jep" - ich weiß nicht wie man ihn schreibt und seine Porter (gepäckträger) waren weltklasse. Wir buchten eine private Tour und alles war perfekt. Wir gingen unser Tempo, machten pause wann wir wollen, redeten über das Land, den Vulkan, usw. Jap gab uns tipps welche wege wir benutzen sollten. Er fragte zwischendurch immer wieder ob wir etwas süßes wollen. Höchsten Respekt vor diesen Männern, vorallem den Portern, die 30kg schweres Gepäck zu dem Camp auf 2600m höhe bringen. Ein angemessenes Trinkgeld ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Die Tour ist EXTREM ANSTRENGEND, also man muss wirklich trainiert sein oder Bergsteigen gewöhnt sein. Jap hob am weg immer wieder müll vom Boden auf und nahm ihn mit. Weiteres Pflanzten wir zu beginn der Tour einen Baum am eingang zum Park. Wir marschierten um 02:00 uhr Früh vom Camp los zum Gipfel, natürlich gingen da alle anderen Gruppen auch los und somit fühlte es sich nicht mehr privat an, aber trotzdem kümmerte er sich nur um uns beide und wir machten unser ding, also Alles in allem, ich würde eine Private Tour definitiv empfehlen. Wir haben die 2D/1N mit dem Standardpaket gebucht und waren total 4 Personen exkl. Guide / Porter auf der Tour. Unser Guide Phami war wirklich sehr angenehm und hat sich jederzeit sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Er sprach auch sehr gut englisch. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit super wohl. Das Essen war lecker (fast zu viel), das Zelt war total ok und die Porter machen einen unglaublichen Job! Green Rinjani ist vielleicht etwas teurer als andere Anbieter, aber es lohnt sich abermals. Neben dem, dass mehr Abfall runter kommt, als man rauf nimmt, kommt der Guide auch bis zum Gipfel hoch mit und man hat jeferzeit genügend Wasser aus der Flasche. An-/Abholung sowie Übernachtung im Hotel war super. Jederzeit zur empfehlen, sofern man sich die Wanderung konditionstechnisch zutraut. Der Einzige Abzug besteht in der Kommunikation zu Beginn. Die Anfrage via Homepage landete in ihrem Spam und der Austausch via Whatsapp verlief etwas schleppend. Alles in Allem super Rrfahrung![Google]()

If you want to climb Mt Rinjani, then Green Rinjani is the one company I can recommend the most. We booked the 3D2N deluxe tour and were super happy with it. The tents were withstanding strong winds and rain, and the sleeping bags were comfortably warm. We had our little son (1.5 years) in the child carrier, and Green Rinjani made our trip successful. Our guide Adi and our porters Adi and Dandi did a superb job in guiding us up to the summit for a spectacular sunrise, a refreshing stay at the hot springs and the crater rims as well as proving us with lots of really tasty food. Even though they were carrying more than 40 kg, they always had a smile in their face and they really took care of our toddler. Furthermore, Green Rinjani takes care of the mountain. For each trekker they plant a tree on the mountain and also collect loose rubbish other companies just leave there.![Google]()

We booked the private deluxe 2 day 1 night trip to the summit and it was amazing. Beautiful hike and landscapes, so tasty vegetarian food (and more then enough), hot drinks like coffee and tea, also a beer 🍻 the tent was big and cozy., we were not cold. Our guide was also really great! My wife had a small panic attack bc of really strong wind close before the summit and he took care of her and calmed her down 👌 Greenrinjani is highly recommended 👌 the hike itself is of course a bit hard so you should be fit 💪 Only negative aspect is that there is already a lot of trash from all the people/tourists. So please take back your trash 🙏 and if you can please take also trash from other people down, that this beautiful place is still so beautiful in 20 years 🙏![Google]()

Agency is great but expensive compared with other services. They do not provide much more than others, and you expect this when you pay 7.5 million (500us dollars) for 2 days of experience. Some other people we asked with the same package paid 4 million. As advice, if you want to charge an extra price because of the service, do not ask the clients to tip the porters at the end. Of course, we did, and we appreciate their work, but considering the price difference, we understood that it was already on the price tag. Nevertheless, you should give better conditions to these guys and make the full way in flip-flops because they can't afford basic boots, which can be considered as modern slavery.![Google]()

We did the 2D1N crater rim trekking with Green Rinjani and everything was perfect. We arrived the evening before the trekking at the Green Rinjani Guesthouse and were instantly served some great dinner and got an introduction for the hike. The rooms are super clean and modern. Everything was organized perfectly (pickup from airport, trekking, transport to next destination after hike) and we felt save and cared for the entire time. The porter and the guides do an indredible job! The food was amazing and cooked freshly everytime!
