How To do Payment and book Rinjani Trekking with us
To check the price for your desired tour package, please follow these simple steps:
Visit Our Tour Program Page
Go to the Tour Program section on our homepage.
Scroll Down to the Reservation Form
Once you’re on the tour program page, scroll down until you find the Reservation Form at the bottom of the page.
Select Your Tour Package
In the reservation form, you will see options to choose between the Deluxe or Standard tour packages. Click on the option that best suits your needs, and the price for that package will be displayed.
Agree to the Price & Fill Out the Reservation Form
If you’re happy with the price and ready to book your trip, complete the reservation form with your details.
Receive Your Invoice
After submitting your reservation form, we will send you an invoice with all the payment details.
Make a 25% Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Payment instructions will be included in the invoice.
Next Steps to Confirm Your Reservation
To secure your booking, here are the next steps we’ll need to complete:
1. Passport Copy: As part of our booking process, we kindly request a copy of each traveler’s passport for identification. This helps us ensure all the necessary details are correct for your trip. Please email a scanned copy or a clear photo of the relevant page of your passport as soon as possible.
2. Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This helps us secure your spot and prepare for your trip with us. The deposit amount is a minimum of 25% of the total amount, and your reservation is to be confirmed after you have paid your deposit
Payment Methods for Deposit
For your convenience, we offer two secure payment options to pay your deposit:
• Bank Transfer: You can transfer the deposit amount directly to our bank account. If you choose this option, we will send you the necessary banking details,
• PayPal: If you prefer to use PayPal, we can provide a payment link. It’s a quick and easy option for online payments. In this case, we need your Paypal account or email address
Please let us know your preferred payment method, and we will send you the corresponding details.
What Happens After the Deposit Is Received?
One Last Step: Arrival Details
To ensure everything goes smoothly upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you provide us with, You have to send this information 2 days before your arrival date in Lombok with the following details:
1. If You Are Arriving by Flight:
Please send us your flight details (flight number, arrival time) so we can arrange your airport pick-up.
2. If You Are Arriving by Fast Boat:
Please send us the name of your fast boat company and arrival time so we can coordinate your pick-up.
3. If You Are Already in Lombok:
If you’re already in Lombok, we would appreciate knowing the name of your hotel or pick-up area and the pick-up time so we can meet you at the correct location.

Once we have your arrival details, we’ll finalize all your travel arrangements and ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

PAYMENT TERM & CONDITION
✓ Price we publish on our home page is valid for April 1 – December 31 2025
✓ Payment for deposit no later than 24 hours after receiving the invoice
✓ Cancellation immediately after deposit payment will be charged for the National Park entrance fee (Minimum)
✓ Cancelation within 7 days will be charged fees 50% of the deposit + National Park entrance fee
✓ No refund for cancellation within two days before arrival
✓ No refund of the full amount for cancellation on the departure date
Medical Informational
All participants of Green Rinjani trips should be fit and healthy!
It is recommended that all people with any medical problems or dietary restrictions inform well before departure, so as they may be catered for. It is recommended to bring along with you any personal medication, bands-aid, antibiotics, anti-malarias medication, aspirin for headache, etc.
Limitation of Liability
GREEN RINJANI acts only in the capacity of transport companies, hotels, carriers, and other contractors, that connect with us to complete our itineraries. We accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, including death, changes of schedule, irregularities, etc. which are beyond of our control.
Travel Insurance
GREEN RINJANI highly recommend that you have your own travel insurance. You are entirely responsible for arranging travel insurance on your own, prior to departure date. GREEN RINJANI accepts no liability, for any reason, for travellers who do not have travel insurance.
